Controller and contact
Ricardo León is responsible for the OIXEN project. For privacy enquiries or to exercise your rights, contact info@oixen.com. The OIXEN trading name and its product brands do not by themselves identify an incorporated company. If the effective controller changes, we will update their identity and contact details.
Scope of this policy
This policy covers OIXEN.com, communications addressed to the project and the management of its own channels. It includes the presentation of OIXEN ART, PlayFun, IOX News, the shared engines and the training, audit, research, applications and tools initiatives. Appearing on the website does not mean that a product is available or collects data. Services introducing new processing will provide specific information before activation.
Data, purposes and legal bases
When you contact us, we process your email address, any name you provide and your message to handle your enquiry. The basis is our legitimate interest in responding to project communications; if you request a purchase or service, the necessary pre-contractual or contractual measures apply. A legal obligation may require certain records to be retained. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive data.
Browsing and cookies
The current corporate website has no forms, advertising, social tracking pixels or analytics tools of its own. Social icons are links and do not load embedded platform posts. Hosting may process IP addresses, browser information and technical logs to deliver and protect the site, based on the legitimate interest in its operation and security. Before introducing cookies or tracking that require consent, we will provide information and the appropriate choice.
Social channels, Etsy and products
We manage our own content and the interactions received through the linked official channels. We may see public names or identifiers, comments, messages and metrics provided by each platform to respond, moderate and improve content, based on our legitimate interest in managing those channels, without replacing consent where required. When you follow a link to Etsy, Pinterest, Facebook or another service, its terms and policies also apply. Etsy purchases are handled on that platform. This corporate website does not process payments.
PlayFun and children
The PlayFun presentation on OIXEN.com is intended for families and the education community. It does not offer children’s accounts or request children’s data here. Please have an adult contact us and avoid unnecessary identifying information about children. Before enabling experiences that process their data, we will specify the purpose, legal basis, safeguards and any required authorisation.
OIXEN ART Publisher · Pinterest
Publisher is an internal tool for OIXEN ART’s own content. On 28 September 2026, Pinterest lists application 1614583 as “Trial access pending”; its API integration is not active. Publishing through the platform does not mean that API access has been authorised. Once access is granted and the account is authorised, the tool may use its identity, own Pins and boards, links, dates and available metrics to prepare posts, prevent duplicates and assess results. It does not offer connections to third-party accounts or access Etsy payment or order data. It does not request Pinterest passwords. Permissions and tokens will be limited to the authorised scope and revoked or deleted when the integration is disconnected.
Providers and transfers
We use OpenAI Sites for hosting and Google for email. External services receive the necessary data when their features are used. See the policies of Pinterest, Meta and Etsy. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards applicable to each provider. You may request information about recipients, transfers and safeguards at info@oixen.com. OIXEN does not sell personal data or use received enquiries to train AI models.
Retention and protection
We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to handle them and address applicable liabilities. Publication records are kept while needed to manage the catalogue and prevent duplicates; metrics are limited to those necessary to assess results. We will review retention needs and handle erasure requests, subject to legal obligations. Access is restricted to authorised management; credentials and private data are not included in posts or download packages.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability at info@oixen.com. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We will only request proportionate information to verify your identity if necessary. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Updates
We will update this policy when processing, services or the controller change. New brands do not in themselves authorise new purposes, access or marketing communications. The Spanish and English versions describe the same scope.
